ABOUT THE JOURNAL

Why these pages exist, and why no one signs them.

The Journal is written from inside La Compagnie Sur Mesure — by the women who spend these hours, in their own words.

It exists for a simple reason. This is a world people are curious about and rarely hear described honestly. What usually reaches the public is either a headline or a fantasy. Neither has much to do with an ordinary evening: a dinner, a long conversation, a drive along the coast, a few days abroad.

Why nothing here is signed

There are no names and no photographs anywhere in La Compagnie, and the Journal follows the same rule. Signing these pages would turn them into profiles, which is precisely what this brand was built to avoid.

Discretion is not a marketing line here. It protects the men who are written about, and it protects the women who do the writing.

What is real, and what is changed

Every story begins with something that happened. Names, cities, dates and identifying details are changed or removed. What remains is the part worth telling: what was said, what it felt like, and what was understood afterwards.

No client has ever been written about in a way that would allow anyone to recognise him. That is the one condition the Journal cannot break.

Who this is for

For anyone curious about how these hours actually pass. For the men considering an introduction and wondering what the evening would really be like. And, quietly, for the women in this world who rarely see it described as it is.

Every arrangement begins the same way: a private enquiry, a short conversation, and an introduction made with care.
